About Arista Barrel Select Program
This is a unique and exclusive experience that is available by invitation only. It gives individuals and small groups the opportunity to visit our estate and stay in our luxurious 2-bedroom guest suite. During your stay, you will work alongside our winemaker, tour our cellar, and taste samples pulled from barrels of our current vintage wines. Our winemaking team will help you make your personal selection based on your unique palette, and you will have the opportunity to bottle your one-of-one wine barrel with your custom label.

Guests of the estate will be treated to a 2-night stay in our guest suite above our Estate Winery. You will meet with our winemaking team, taste through a selection of our current release wines to determine style and profile that you prefer. You will then tour the cellar with our winemaker to gain insight into our winemaking philosophy and process to help understand and inform your selection process. The tour culminates in the tasting of multiple barrels highlighting a range of flavor profiles, discussion around oak influence, and final selection of your chosen barrel (20 cases of finished wine). Your barrel is then marked and set aside for the remainder of the aging process in our cellar.

​As we near bottling you’ll be contacted by our team to discuss labeling and shipping. Day of botting we’ll send images of your bottles coming off the line and being hand packaged by our winemaking team. With the shipping of your wines, you’ll receive a custom barrel head from your barrel with your label name and vintage. Additional barrel heads can be purchased.
Prior To The Start
Our Barrel Select clients will submit a 50% deposit at the time of barrel selection and will receive their second invoice for the balance at the time of bottling. The fee included shipping to one address as soon as weather allows.
